We hope you love your Ritualism piece and choose it intentionally.

Due to the small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including incorrect colour choice or a change in personal preference.

Please read the product description, measurements, materials and care information carefully before purchasing.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or significantly different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

PLEASE NOTE

Our pieces are intentionally relaxed and made in small batches. Natural variations in the fabric, embroidery, print and finish may occur and are part of the character of each piece.

Where stated in the product description, our bags have a raw, unlined construction with exposed reverse embroidery on the interior. These design and construction details are not considered faults.

Ritualism pieces are also designed to soften and gently fade with wear and washing. Changes that occur through normal wear, washing or failure to follow the care instructions are not considered manufacturing faults.
