ORDERS

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact details provided at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there has been an obvious pricing or product information error, suspected fraudulent activity, or where we are unable to fulfil the order. If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, you will receive a refund.

PRICING + PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are additional and calculated at checkout.

Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

Prices may change from time to time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

SMALL-BATCH PRODUCTS

Ritualism pieces are intentionally created in small batches.

Due to the nature of small-batch production, there may be slight variations between individual pieces, including variations in fabric, embroidery, printing, stitching, texture and finish.

These subtle differences are part of the character of the piece and are not necessarily considered faults.

Please read the individual product description carefully before purchasing.

PRODUCT IMAGES + COLOUR

We do our best to photograph and represent our products as accurately as possible.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and the screen or device you are viewing them on.

PRODUCT CARE

Please follow the care instructions provided with or listed for your Ritualism piece.

Our washed canvas pieces are designed to soften and gently fade with wear and washing, developing their own character over time.

Normal wear, fading or damage resulting from use contrary to the provided care instructions is not considered a manufacturing fault.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped according to the information provided on our Shipping page.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by their destination country.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products will be handled in accordance with our Returns + Exchanges policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms + Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the Ritualism name, branding, artwork, graphics, photographs, written content, product designs and other original material appearing on this website belong to Ritualism or are used with permission.

They may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified or used commercially without prior written permission.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or use its content in a way that infringes the rights of Ritualism or another person.
